Yes - feeling better today - hate to credit the neti plunger but it does seem to have helped. We had a great chat with Katie, the dietitian, today - about Linda's post Foothills Resort and Spa needs and diet. We sure will be trying some new styles of eating - lots of small meals which we all know is the best way to consume. And she'll get to eat lots of 'fattening' food to keep her weight stable. (Yeah, says Linda).
took me a moment to get the Foothills Resort and Spa joke, must be tired!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are feeling better Lorraine. What is that old saying about the cure being worse than the disease.
We are in the midst of a huge snowfall-HOOORAY. Liz was over to help me with the weighing of our stuff and Jim walked the dogs home. Or rather, Chicklet swam across the lawn to get to the house because her tummy was at snow level! Sounds like she was a snowball by the time she got home!
I'm betting he goes for shared custody...
Take care of yourself.

ReplyDeleteAh, so you'll both become 'grazers'... actually sposed to be really good for you! I can see it now... that perpetual plate of 'something' on the table :) Glad you're feeling better too Lorraine. Keep taking good care of yourself while you care so much for Linda. love to you both.
ReplyDeleteYuck..the ole neti pot routine is kinda gross but damm it works for the sinuses (:
ReplyDeleteThe grazing idea sounds very interesting and will keep you busy looking for many new recipes to please the palate (although after FH Spa food that shouldn't be too tough)..
Take care you two.....Love Pat
