A lovely day here in Calgary - mild and even some sun! We just returned from our outing to Chapters - Linda scooted around the store in a wheelchair (super exercise for her legs) and made me promise I wouldn't follow her and watch what she bought (LOL). On the medical front - the drains are draining, the feeding tube is feeding and the fentynol is fentynoling - same old, same old.
Great to hear about the shower for Lucas and Cheryl (and Ray, too, I suppose) - Wow - 4 months old - I bet he's a happy baby! Wish we could have been there - any pictures floating around?

  1. Glad you two were out & about today doing some Xmas shopping...The baby shower was fun...Lucas got some wonderful books...what a great idea for a shower !! We are staying here for Xmas day then I fly off to Victoria on the 26th - 31st to see baby Finn. Ryan & Jodie just moved into their new house last week...I'll probably help with some of the un-packing or just look after Finn while they un-pack !!!!!!!
    Miss you both....Love Pat

  4. So glad you two were able to get out together. Rennie and I love Chapters, maybe too much if you have seen our bookshelves lately. Good to know you're enjoying the sunshine. Keep on healing! hugs to everyone.

  5. Do you suppose the queen of stocking stuffer shopping wants to do more? I do dislike trying to fit all this in around the hours when I am not at work, and I don't seem able to create more hours!
Glad you had a somewhat sunny day. Here it was far too mild! Yucky mush now!
Keep on with the same old and soon it will be history.....
Hoping there are still some good buys left in the category of "stuffers"
One more week of school, then some down time.
    Take care you two.
